Payment methods
- You can pay with a debit card or with the most common credit cards (Visa, Visa Electron and MasterCard) for payments above 1€. Cash payments are also accepted, although we prefer card payment.
- Helka-related fees can also be paid on Helka with Finnish online banks, or at other Helka-libraries.
- Electronic invoices for libraries (e.g interlibrary loans), and other organisations.
Loans

Printing prices (self-service)
Payment at the front desk after the fact. Please ensure that you have enough change if you only take a couple of copies, as our card payment system can only handle payments above 1€.

Interlibrary loans
We do not send out loans to individuals. Please contact your local library and ask them to request an interlibrary loan.
Similarily, we can send out lending requests for titles in other libraries for you.
